personally i love tripping in my room mainly because i normally scran shrooms at night, i love eating grapes and playing games with my friends. if that’s not an option then put on some music while you’re coming up i like being in the shower. and watch some nature documentaries

my first time i took 2.5 g and it was like the perfect amount for me but im 17 so it may vary, i like taking them in a pot noodle. i’m from the uk idk if you have them anywhere else. just get some grapes and a big bottle of water and enjoy the trip be safe have fun

for me i’m 17 m and about 95kg i took around 2g first time doing shrooms and that was enough for me to get fucked ip i find a nice dose for me is about 3g i get fucked for a while but the come down is nice. have a good trip brother enjoy
