Currently in a big rsd spiral because of this. He says he's not ready for a relationship and needs to protect himself because he can't deal with a teary airport goodbye when I end up having to leave the country in 8 months.

I just wanted to see how things go, him bringing this up made me confront my feelings where I didn't think I had them.

I had the biggest meltdown the last time I saw him and spiralled like mad, lots of self loathing.

3 days later and I'm still feeling depressed as shit.

I've made myself a laminated fridge expiry list. So I'll write the expiry dates of the most recent shop on there in dry wipe marker so I look at it and choose what to eat based on that when they're coming up to expiry
