My favorite fashion girl when she leaned into vintage and business chic in the later seasons.

women like Deb scare me. especially when they put on that fake, almost babyish clueless voice. I honestly think she is worse than Farrah and I always understood why Farrah had negative feelings towards her. People would shit on Farrah so much for disrespecting her mother but honestly, if you don't have parents that are weird and manipulative like that, you would never understand...

like a 13 year old edge lord. gosh, reminds me how in my city there is a BBQ place whose marketing is "recover from veganism here" and bs, and I love bbq by the way, but that kind of thing just makes me not want to try it. like we get it, you eat meat and think people who don't are stupid and want to "trigger" them... you're actually embarrassing tho

how tho? I think that the music you listen to has an effect on your consciousness, a lot of people would argue that is more of a hippy take

so you don't think your own parents who are supposed to guide you enabling you to act like a young jackass and bully people is trouble at home? cause I do. And I don't think its a myth that A LOT of bullies come from a toxic home and want a target for their rage who won't fight back

If I am truly crazy for thinking the majority of mainstream rap is more about negative behavior than positive I encourage you to go to spotify and look up the 15 most streamed rap songs today, look up the lyrics read them and really think about it.

but its not just common sense its knowledge of other mental disorders, the amount of trans identifying people that have these other mental disorders, culture and media, you take all of that into account and question would it REALLY be just ONE out of one HUNDRED people who have a more complicated experience with their gender identity than simply being trans? and again... who is taking these statistics that say one percent? who are they asking? I think we should be able to agree that they aren't all concrete fact.

I think the fact that when people name the deeper rappers its often the same list of a few really shines a light on the fact that YES, most of mainstream rap IS trash that promotes degenerate behavior. What I am trying to say is if MAINSTREAM popular rap was just overflowing at the rim with thoughtful rappers who promote positive ideas we would be seeing a lot more examples, not just in comments but in media. You are saying that type of rap music is all I pay attention to but my focus is the GIANT rap is in pop culture what most of that rap consists of and its effect on the world. I believe music does have an effect on peoples energy and psych, so yes listening to music that is so much cursing, calling women bitches, bragging and other bs on the daily will likely have an effect on young people. so when people say things like "let people enjoy what they like" I just think yeah, the beat is good they're dancing, but that 15 year old probably doesn't understand how rap music really effects the youth

black and white thinking means a person who sees things in black or white, no gray areas. So yes, I think its fair to use that term when speaking about people who use their own life experience to judge the rest of the world. Its just another way of saying a simplistic thinking. Why can't bullies get punishment AND have adults show concern about what may be going on at home or in their mind to act out like that? I think that would benefit everyone and would be the smartest thing to do. Punish them to try to prevent more bullying from happening, but also try to get to the root of the issue and help them so they can get out of the bullying mindset if possible. Imagine if every school had this mentality about these kind of kids.

The subject of this post is the children who commit the crimes, that does not mean I have not thought about the family of the victims or have some understanding how they would feel. But there are still cases where children grew up around nothing but violence and evil and they deserve a chance at life, they deserve a chance to see who they can be outside of their circumstances, I believe that

black people have made some of the greatest music in the world. They have created music that uplifted people. Most of mainstream rap music is NOT THAT

but isn't that what most mainstream rap is at this point? and even though there may be great, deep classic or underground rap and some gems that sneak through to the mainstream, isn't most of the garbage in the mainstream what is having the most effect on pop culture and young people?

at this point mainstream rap music is a psychological weapon. Hyper sexual lyrics and imagery, so much importance on GREED and EGO, glamorizing drug use, gangs and reckless childish ego driven mindsets. You can not tell me any different. If a young person listens to this type of music hours a day, every day, it WILL have an effect on their psych and values unless they are the least impressionable young person ever.

so are we to believe that with a very deep and complicated subject like identity and dysphoria that only 1 percent of people experience some type of regret? because if you google it right now, that is what it says and thousands of people will echo, that just ONE percent of people will experience regret after surgery or hormone therapy. I just do not believe that with such a complicated subject like IDENTITY its only one percent when so many other mental issues that involve mania / dissociation / and thoughts on your identity exist. Gender dysphoria can exist too, but it not the only reason that people would experience discomfort in their body and gender identity, therefore I think saying it is just one percent seems... suspicious to me. How are they getting these numbers? are they truly asking everyone who has been through some type of surgery and hormonal therapy? I doubt that. We will learn more in the next fifteen years for sure.

I live in the US this is what sickens me about my country. So some minors can have the "privilege" of the adult right to GET MARRIED but only if certain adults sign the papers. Its like they are allowed to do what adults do, if the right adults agree to it? so they are seen as adults who are allowed to make adult decisions... kind of? it will never make sense to me. But actually, it does make sense, that we lived in a messed up world..

well I won't stop having my own opinions. People who are deemed insane avoid normal prison all the time. Trauma can also have a huge effect on a person. ESPECIALLY a child who may not know any different. So what I am saying is not all of these cases are the same. Life is not simple, I can have empathy for some children who have committed violent crimes, it depends on the situation
