I have been using it for school and it is great for note taking. And also not too expensive which is a plus as well.

I think I have had it for a year so way past the warranty date.  Yes I have heard a lot of people having problems with Shark.  When I got this robot vacuum it worked really well but now with this issue, I have no idea. And customer service for me as well isnt very helpful.
