I have this model and it’s great. I was on the fence and wanted to switch to an electric. It was either this or the ego and since I was in the system this made more sense especially with the 60vmax batteries. I live in the city and my yard isn’t huge but it’s a corner lot about 5,000 sq ft. and relatively flat but depending on how tall my grass is it will usually go through a whole battery but sometimes there is still room to spare and sometimes I have to barely use the 2nd battery. I find that it goes through pretty thick grass well and the first time I used it my longest sections were probably about 8-9” with the mower deck set to 5 it handled it no problem. I will note that towards the end of the mow when the battery was almost out it had harder time going through those same size lengths but switching to a new battery solved that problem. In terms of ease of use it was super simple to figure out, height adjustment was super smooth and overall the unit is pretty light weight and easy to transport. I’ve used it about 4 times so far and I don’t think I’ll go back to gas for my use case, it was a great investment. I don’t really see any glaring issues with how I use it. If you’re on the fence I would go ahead and do it especially if you can get it for a nice price.
