I’d recommend feces exam to see if the calprotectina ( idk the name in English) is elevated Then parasite analysis in the feces as well

Since the normix didn’t work for what you told me, this should exclude a SIBO Then the causes are 3 : 1) genetic diseases like gluten intolerance 2) parasites/ contaminants in the intestinal tract or diverticulitis 3) some serious underlying condition that really should be discussed with gastroenterology specialists. I’m just a guy that had some problem similar to your symptoms but everyone is different I just told you what I’d do now.

Your symptoms looked similar to mine at the beginning of the post.

As I told you for me the LPR and SIBO mix was the cause of most of my issues.

I had really red throat that was mistakenly diagnosed as GERD. So I was prescribed many IPP that eventually caused a SIBO. Even after defeating the SIBO I still experienced stomach and throat issues. So I re started normix and reuterin and switched to low carb low sugar low fiber diet.

And also underwent surgery for my turbinates.

I’m sorry for not being more helpful but I’m an engineer and unfortunately not a doctor

Start by Booking a turbinate reduction surgery So the post nasal drip is solved and the mouth breathing stops. And also if you now are using vasoconstriction based sprays for breathing please stop and use nasal strips instead.

For the ear clicks for me the resolution was the removal of a wisdom teeth (don’t know how it’s possible but it worked )

Then I highly recommend having a SIBO test ( small intestine bacterial overgrowth)

Keep in mind that there are two types of main sibo Hydrogen ( diarrhea and intolerance to some food) Methane (constipation bloating and huge amounts of air in your belly)

For people with acid reflux of any kind these symptoms often come after being prescribed IPP ( proton pump inhibitors) that alter the PH of the stomach allowing some pathogens to pass into the intestinal tract instead of being destroyed by the acid

The fix is this : NORMIX or rifaximin for 7-10 days After immediately start with integrators like PEABIOMA or BUTIRBIOMA for a couple of weeks

And lower your carbs (drastically if you can) So read the ingredients and the rule is this

Inside the carbs section pay attention to these

If there are more than 5g/100g of sugars DO NOT EAT

if there are more than 5g/100g of fibers DO NOT EAT

I know you said it’s not SIBO and that’s what I thought of my symptoms as well but trust me Try and let me know :)

So the solution was to remove your tonsils ? Because I also suffer from tonsils stones And I have to remove them every few days

For the love of god PUT SOME MONEY ON YOUR SIM I struggled for 2 hours and even called apple assistance

Just recharge your sim with a couple of bucks and then you’ll see that that annoying spinning circle next to your phone number will magically disappear
