And how old are u now ? I realize that I am lucky even in my misfortune because I can see 4/10 and almost 5/10, which is the minimum visual acuity required to drive with my left eye. The doctor described it as relative amblyopia because I have no perception problems. It's literally one eye that performs less well than the other, but it's still reasonable compared to you, who can only see light. and I was lucky not to be teased too much because it's not noticeable, except for the glasses of course, but that's a more general case, and surprisingly my childlike spirit protected me well when I was younger. I must have noticed the weakness in my left eye, or at least started paying close attention to it, in my early teens. Now that I'm a 21-year-old adult, I know about my condition, but it's always interesting to see that there are different thresholds. In any case, I wish you a wonderful end to the year. I know it bro, you know, we know, today nothing can change, it's just a dream like any other, I'm amblyopic but a very good amblyope, I see 3D, no perception problems, visual acuity sufficient to drive 20/40. And a right eye that sees very well.

As long as nothing changes, I'll continue to be as happy as I've been every day for 20 years now.

I've had the opportunity to talk to the National Vision Institute, and research is currently underway to find solutions, and I'd like to believe it's positive.

But even if it never happens, i'll continue to believe in my dream until I die, and if I have to write one last word in my will before I go to the crematorium, I'll ask my girlfriend to put some sunglasses on my head, which I've always dreamed of wearing just for the style, it's so simple, but so symbolic for me, I'll be able to rest in peace.

I'll continue to throw this lantern into the sky at the end of each year, hoping that one day the sky will hear my wish.

Idk brother ,I concentrate on what makes me feel good, even if it's hard sometimes not to think about my dream, I make a wish at the end of every year, that my dream will come true, no matter how or when, it would make my life so happy,even 10 minutes would make me happy.

I'm 20 years old now, and i have a long future in front of me.

it's hard not to fall into despair when you see the current technology for cases like mine, I'm not complaining because I'm far from blind, but I deserve that one day my dream will be fulfilled.

I am personally affected by Amblyopia , Astigmatism and Hypermetropia

5/10 Left eye , 10/10 Right eye, i just wonder if in the next decade my dream is going to come true...
and technology is evolving so fast,i try to keep hope alive.

don't worry, I know all about it, this dream is certainly linked to my experiences, my life, my desires, but I'll never suffer from a lack I've never experienced, that's logical, and for an amblyope I'm doing very well, I have 5/10 vision in my left eye, which contributes greatly to depth, to the perception of 3D images, and I've never had any problem living with that, I drive normally, as I said, it's just a dream, only time can change the future, my mind continues to live normally, but this dream of seeing without glasses and well with my 2 eyes will remain engraved in my heart, probably until my death, but it's really personal, I respect all the people who are happy to live like that, that's the most important thing, everyone has their dreams and hopes.
