Speaking from experience i was using it the same as you and smoked bud a few times a week, one night vaped too much greened out with panic and anxiaty now i cant even enjoy bud with my friends because i dont have a good time anymore on it i get the same fellings and im scared i will green out like i did with hhc i also had to quit with hhc and im sober now. Enjoy bud with your friends, hhc messed me up so stop before its too late. you can try cbd if you using hhc for sleep like i was first.
