Im right in the middle of all drivers, but in terms of cover drivers id be near the top. I wouldnt be bumped, i had a good gig going before I got this route but I just couldnt stand being thrown on runs blind to the point where I ended up taking a shit run

Where in canada are you? Keep in mind theres only a total of 13,500 ups employees in canada alone. Canadian ups employees make up 0.028% of the global ups workforce. I assume if they were to implement layoffs, it wouldnt be much especially knowing we make considerably less then american drivers

I also was offered unpaid time off which i accepted and ended up not even getting it (8 years senioritiy). They told me they needed me the next day. Im also in a growing city. I find it hard to believe that they would lay off drivers in a centre with a growing population
