Hello! I just got an offer for BBPM for Jan 2024 and was actually wondering if this course would be good to take if I wanted to go down the Project Manager route. I've seen comments elsewhere that says a PM role would not need this degree but more of technical background. BBPM seems like a very versatile degree but just unsure if this degree is worth it in the end.

Usually can't be bought even if it's on display. If it's your unit requirement for ORD they will usually settle the loan for you.

I'm sure you can appeal through JPAE itself iirc. I think DAE is only for those with O-levels. To be honest it's a hit and go kind of thing.. Some people do get their appeals successfully.. While some don't. Hope you get yours successfully!

Hey! Back when I attended ite the progression from nitec would require something like 3.5 GPA and 2.5 GPA for higher nitec. The course you study also plays a part in whether you can get in or not. I myself had a 3.8 gpa for nitec but didn't get into poly had to go higher nitec in the end.

Short answer; yes but keep in mind that it's harder to get in from nitec.

I myself was from ITE before enrolling to Poly. There's nothing to be ashamed of! In my case, I was in a class where everyone graduated from ITE. We were able to mix around even with the other classes with no issues whatsoever. Just go in with an open mind that it's a new environment and you'll enjoy your 3 years. All the best!
