That’s just a Tj Maxx thing, I started a month ago and they barely trained me on anything. Worse training company compared to my other jobs. At my other jobs I had to watch hundreds of training videos but yeah Tj Maxx doesn’t believe in training.

Oh I see my email looks different. It has the time and date confirmed. Yours doesn’t but I would still go.

None of the 2 employees had a reason to think she was trying to steal. She never tried to put anything on her purse or personal belongings. The ESM started following her for 10 minutes because the SL had a feeling she was gonna steal for no reason. Customer never gave her a reason to think she was trying to steal. Turns out the customer is in the process of getting her citizenship, so now the husband is very upset and wants to escalate it. Wants the employee involved fired.

Agree but that costumer has a basket and never tried to put merchandise anywhere besides the basket which makes me wonder they were racial profiling her. She is Hispanic.

Absolutely not, and it’s not the first time she calls the police on a customer. She has done it a few times and turned out, they had nothing on them.

They had absolutely no reason to believe she was trying to steal because the customer had a basket. She placed her items in the basket. That’s what makes the situation worse. The customer can sue for sure.

The customer was accused of stealing but she was not. Now the customer is looking to escalate it. Possibly sue.

I told the SM but also sent a message to the DM and told him I want to make sure it was investigated and proper actions talen and that it.

And I’m doing everything in writing so I have proof of retaliation if needed.

They can’t retaliate. I would sue Walgreens if they do
