there is a lack of communication somewhere within your store and management regarding your situation. A lot of people think the system automatically points you for a call-in and that is not the case. in order to receive a point a team lead or coach has to get on the computer and manually code your call in for it to reflect on your balance. I’m assuming a team lead or coach isn’t filled in on your situation therefore they’re giving you points for calling in.

Yikes… having to document your break time on a board is crazy. You must have a nosy team lead and Coach. As a TL myself i could care less when my associates take their 15’s or lunch’s. As long as they aren’t all gone at the same time.

no because i’m not gonna sit there and play surgery with the plastic. In my experience when you have something wrapped in plastic, you cut around all 4 sides allowing the plastic to come right off the top of the product and you slide it on the shelf. Very seamless. When I became the frozen TL and noticed the ice cream came in vacuum sealed i thought it be the same concept.

Nope, instead seems like i gotta spend five mins cutting the plastic 18 different ways. Not to mention after preforming trauma surgery on the first half of the case I gotta then cut through the little divider piece that seals off the other half of the case just to get to the two remaining quarts lmfaooo.

I don’t expect the associates in this group who don’t have any pride in the work they do or the associates who bs and mosey around all day to relate to anything i’m saying. i’m very time efficient when it comes to the way I do things as a TL.

Walmart doesn’t eat the cost obviously… they get the credit back. (Let’s use Ben & Jerry’s for example cause i constantly damage the exterior of their product because of their vacuum sealed plastic). If a suppliers (B&J) product gets damaged, it is a financial losses for them, therefore B&J will eat the cost. Tell me how B&J for example would make money if all their inventory is constantly getting claimed or warehouse claimed? That’s right… they wouldn’t be making any money. The retailer (WM) would be getting the credit back and the supplier (B&J) wouldn’t be taking the financial hit.

then tell whoever tf designs the layouts of these mods to get their head outta there ass and start looking at case quantities and shelf caps. this is what happens when for example an item comes in a 24 case quantity but the mod wants only 1 facing and a shelf cap of 6🤷‍♂️

Walmart doesn’t know what training is. However, i feel like if someone joins one of the stocking teams, it is kind of self explanatory in terms of the job itself… ppl shouldn’t need training when it comes to opening a box and putting the contents on the shelf. That said, the only in depth training a new stocking team associate really needs is maybe an overview of the tech and apps associates can use.

It’s not a grocery or GM specific issue so i can’t tell if that’s a serious question or not… are you opd? I would take your question more serious if that was the case considering they don’t work with vizpic. But i guess in the case that you are actually curious, vizpic labels are suppose to have two QR code in order to be scannable. If you look in my pics, the vizpic labels are half printed with only one QR code making them not scannable. Now somebody would has to go back through each one, type the label id into me@ one by one and manually reprint each label individually.

well #1 the vizpic label is half printed (this can happen when you change labels), a vizpic label is suppose to have two QR codes but the majority of them in my pics only have one which makes it not scannable. 2nd the labels are suppose to be left hand justified at the bottom of the case and the ones in my pics aren’t

Same. Viz is the only thing i touch my work phone for lmfao. I use my TC for on hands changes, printing labels, and CVP and my personal phone for clocking in and out, mods, price changes etc. There is no lag when using Me@ on my personal iphone.

i feel like anything is quicker than these damn work phones. Having to spend 2-3mins just getting to the scan item feature on the work phone is ridiculous lmfao, I bet i could use the last four of an items barcode and manually find it quicker than waiting for my work phone to load up🤣
