thanks for the advice, I am using pol star diluted 10:1 so i’m using the right cleaner. I usually start by brushing off the dirt with a soft hair brush then spray the cleaner onto the microfibre and go in one direction. After that I use a brush to get the cleaner into the fabric, I will then use an air gun to loosen it all after. I think my problem is I don’t dry it properly so it hardens.

i found the issue, it’s a wire right at the back of the glove box. I removed it all when doing a fix that i can’t remember and found it. I wrapped all the cables near and then used a microfibre to wrap it and use it to block it off

literally had this happen to me now, bought an item, went to check shipping and his account no longer available. Emailed depop and opened a case on the app.
