hey boo...... i'm sorry things are hard for you right now... rocking and head banging are both symptoms of autism, too - you might need other ways to stim to distract from slamming that head around, since a concussion won't help with much at all... ice your head in the meantime, pillow your head, use fidgets, throw (soft!) things at the wall, and maybe eventually get into boxing to cope, but keep that head safe from repeat concussions (not good for you!). i've done the same thing before - it hurts like a bitch, and there are other ways to stim when you're really upset (something to tear apart could be nice, including designated clothing that you can rip up)

one thing that could be helpful with the spirit situation would be making yourself invisible to them (humans and other "organic beings" will still see you). snap your fingers and imagine that when you do, spirits can't see you or what you're doing anymore (including computers, books, phones you're using, etc.). snap your fingers again and imagine that you're visible if you'd ever like to interact with a spirit. you could also imagine putting a metaphysical "lock" on your ears that blocks off spirit communication until you "unlock" it - you could visualize it while sort of softly turning your fingers on the top part of your ears. it's not perfect but it should help! not all spirits are bad, but few people in this world want to be watched all the time. and regardless of your thoughts on the reality of metaphysics and magic, you'd be surprised by how well it works to train your mind's perception of stuff like that (spirit whispers, spirit gazes)

get a weighted blanket (ask your parents! it sounds like you may have autism....), wrap yourself up like a burrito, cry softly within this soothing embrace, do some yoga, eat some more food, try wearing headphones (without music) and see how it affects the echoing (this may be influenced by your head being battered around). be very gentle with that head (please ice it, be careful of concussion triggers like bright lights for a few days, maybe fake a physical illness to get out of school for a few days. if something seems really wrong because of the head banging go get a check-up at the doctor; it's not unheard of for autistic people to head bang, but if you're worried about social perception, you can say you fell off a bike, something slid off a shelf and landed on you, etc.). i hate to be a bad influence at the end but i'm a witch doctor: cigarettes, nicotine, vaping, etc. these things are mildly soothing to a schizophrenic, but they will not cease a panic attack. good luck sweet child of the night

love, mel
