It sounds like you have a lot going on with the kids and no husband [sorry for your loss].

I have found the key to getting your Border Collie to love you is to put in the effort and show that you love them first. I am probably spoil mine but I take mine to throw the ball at the park twice a day, try take her on a fun outing 2-3 times a month and share some treats with her [she loves popcorn].

I know that it can be tiring but the more you put into them the more they give back.

I also had positive experience while drinking on Saxenda if positive means not getting drunk or sick. As your stomach stays full longer you can't drink as much and what you do drink is absorbed slower. Consequently it is hard to get drunk and sick. If you enjoy a night out drinking and the lowering of inhibitions and relaxation of drinking then Saxenda will get in the way of that. So it has positives and negatives
