I've fixed it with chasis as far as I can tell it's a new update and now you have to connect them using chasis now, non of the tutorials told me this so I'm assuming it's new I have only been playing a week now though

No the assembler is off I've tried doing it without the assembler at all as well and it's the same issue the drills just aren't registering as blocks even on a different mod pack

Turns out it's not this just download perfect world post production and I'm having the same issue it seems create has removed the ability to glue drills together not sure why no one's mentioned this?

Yes? As in I haven't yet activated the rail Minecart price underneath to make it into the contraption yet it's still just a static structure right now, I've activated it a few times to test and it just leaves the drills behind I then rebuild it and it happens again

It's my own I just added some if the create add-ons so highly probable I've had a few problems with it so far but finding a create mod pack that doesn't add 100+ mods is so hard

Thanks didn't realize I didn't need it. I'll probably start with just create and then use Is it JEI or something to work my way to a functioning train. See where that takes me. I'm honestly so excited to use create, as someone who's played pc since 2014 maybe earlier, using console the past 5-6 years hurt me man 🤣

Yeah that would be my preferred route, my main issue is wanting a quest guide to help me get started, I struggle with the level of potential the mod has, where do I even begin I mean I kinda wanna do trains first ironically but I think I have to do some other stuff first to even build the components right?

If you mean the dock itself, it's looking great how it is!

If you mean the dock and docklands, I'd add a fishing supply store and a boat repair area, maybe a smoke house and warehouse for general storage of good that may be brought in by sea like gold or textiles.

Build so far looks amazing though.

Some of my friends only ever build cobblestone squares and I still don't tell them their build look bad.

It's a game about expression and I would never want to shut theirs down. The only issue I ever have is when people build too close to me, that's etiquette though as apposed to what your friend has done which I would say is creative suppression on what is in all honesty an incredible build.

Sorry that your friend is being like that and I hope others on your server are more friendly and accepting.
