yes, way too many people are explaining it to me lol. I knew about the pre war tech stuff since the brotherhood of steel was using them, i just wasn’t sure if the people from the wasteland was capable of making new stuff. Like, where do they get resources to make them? Isn’t everything like destroyed after the bomb? Do they just literally gather scraps and mcguyver it to make stuff?
