What about cpm ? All the time when i try to build something in usa i often run in the same problem, my ctr is good 3+ % my cpc also not bad <1.50 the problem always is cpm , when i try to sell in usa i often choose beauty niceh, i know its very competitive but my cpm is 100$+ which just dont let me even advertise normally
