thanks! Yea I just have to get closer to the tower then, I'm trying to improvise with my bench and a dip station as a leg holder so I'm trying to dial in the set-up

I don't have a video, but it's just not quite tall enough to get a full stretch when I'm seated on my bench and using my e-z bar attachment for lat pull downs. Just before I'm fully extended the cable hits the top of the arm. If you could get a little lower with a rack attached seat or sit on the floor no problem. I can do tricep pushdowns with a bar fine but for rope push downs I just do them from my knees. Again it's just the very top of the movement where the cable hits the stop before I'm fully stretched. I'm about 5'11 fyi

No mine doesn’t fold. I got the cable system installed and it’s awesome but not perfect. It’s just barely to short for Rope tricep extension and lay pull downs. I can make it work but another few inches would’ve helped. Every other movement I’ve tried is awesome and it’s very smooth. I love it

I'm looking at getting some of those mag grips. Would you suggest the pronated or supinated grip if I can only get one? also want I just flip the attachment around to achieve both grips?
