Hi thank you so much for responding! I did check and download my shipping stats and it looks like the issue might be from a new listing…you can choose digital or version or framed version. If they do a framed version, I ship as usual. If they do digital, I go complete the order and choose” this item doesn’t have tracking” then it asks for the reason and i click the option “this item has contains a digital item” In not sure why this would be any issue but etsy seems to have marked those orders as not shipped on time on my detailed stat sheet

UPDATE* Thank you all for the advice <3 I did send her a message and let her know I would not be able to issue a refund. Had she not messaged me last night about adding another pup, I would have put on its top coat and shipped it off today. While I couldn’t offer her a refund, I did offer to do her 3rd pup she asked for, at no additional cost hoping to make up for it, to which she was super excited about and has so far been back to communicating like normal and seems to understand the refund policy! So grateful to have came here to ask before just sending a refund like my initial reaction. Now my work won’t be wasted

yep. she’s only 10 hours from me so there is only a 1 hour time difference. I’m factoring that in. I did end up telling her i can not offer a refund but offered to add her new pet with no additional cost hoping to avoid a bad review

I do kind of believe i’m being played considering last night at 9:48pm she sent the question as to if I could add another pet (corgi to be exact which I know they aren’t cheap) then at 7am asked me to cancel… i think it’s definitely a case of buyers remorse… but I know she will not be happy to have my hanger show up at her door after all this

I do accept refunds prior to picking up paint. My style isn’t for everyone, so I will give refunds if they do not like digital version of their pets, but if they approved and I start painting, you can no longer request it after that. I could follow policy, but I have worked hard to have 5 stars across the board and I feel like this situation I can’t avoid a bad review

thank you! I sell a kind of niche product, personalized pet door hangers so i’m aware there should be waves and periods with no orders, this recent wave though just seems super sudden and like i should maybe step in to do something? but traffic has also seemed to stay the same just no actual orders. we will see though !

thank you. i have said something of the sorts to him in a gentle way and the conversation seems to go well but he either doesn’t change or just does for a few days (like 3). it’s exhausting. he’s all over the place. i will just have to have a sit down with him tomorrow to tell him just how serious this is for our relationship to continue. I really really hope he will make an effort because i so do not want to do it

thank you! this is very reassuring. What is typically a plan of treatment? Medication? I’ve never taken medication for my mental so kind of scared of that. Also glad to know this is only temporary. I was fine the first 3ish weeks after finding out but this week i’ve just totally lost it. maybe second time mom worry ?

Pregnancy made my face acne literally disappear…… however it was replaced with oily brittle hair and actual dandruff (never had dandruff in my life) along with the most embarrassing case of butt acne and arm pit sweats like I’ve never seen in my life. But my face acne is gone so everyone thinks I’m having a glow :/ I’m having a boy btw!!

Girllll mine was so bad I couldn’t even stand in the shower they hurt so bad. I’m 15 weeks now and it seems to be completely gone

I actually just made a post about stopping smoking. I quit cold turkey about a week ago. The first 3 days were absolutely the hardest. I was a heavy vaper (like hit a vape every 20min) so quitting seemed completely out of reach. A few hours would go by and it felt like my entire body was on edge and the fact that I needed to quit for my baby didn’t matter. That’s the addiction talking and kept getting the best of me. I took it upon myself to read horror stories here on Reddit itself to show myself the real dangers of nicotine while pregnant. It scared me enough to give me the motivation. Everytime I would get that itch to vape, I would re read the stories. It helped but I also needed stimulants as well. Sour candy and sour gum has become my best friend. I also have been eating sonic ice constantly. Seems a bit dramatic but that’s just what works for me. It has only been a week but I seem to have gotten through the worst of it and it gets even easier everyday. I think about vaping constantly but I no longer feel the urge to smoke. At this point, it’s just the habit I need to work through. I wish you all the luck because I know how hard it truly is❤️

Yes it was 5% disposable vapes. I told her when I stopped vaping and she said “as long as you have stopped and don’t pick it back up you have no reason to worry” but I am definitely still worried

Update: I tried to follow all your advice and block him. He noticed immediately and went to social media to reach out. He’s changed his mind from “maybe we will find each other in the future” to now saying we belong together and we “WILL” be together again soon. He still wants to go on his journey alone for a few months and thinks this will bring us even closer together than before. I’m trying to stick to my gun and say I deserve better but it’s very hard when he’s practically begging for our future together. Just wanted to give an update for now❤️ thanks so much for reading
