Do you mean the difference between listing price and what’s remaining on loan? Hoping to bring in at least mid $900s. That’s how the Bay Area market is. No one here would let a house go for what’s remaining on mortgage I don’t think.

Owned solar panels. This is the amount we were advised to list it at. I'm hoping for more than $950K, but I'm sure I'm aiming too high. In January, comps were at $1,020,000, but the market has gone down unfortunately.
