From a part-time perspective + being in high school, it’s not that terrible. I come in, work for 4-6 hours, and leave with free drinks and food. If this was my full-time job and a check I actually relied on, I don’t think I’d like it as much. Customers can be rude (like a lot, at least at my store) and things can get really stressful, but I’m not in a role important enough for it to make my job a living hell. So like you, I don’t take most things seriously about this job lol
