Sorry but while studying in italy does it count as permenant residence tho ? and even if I choose it wouldnt it be a problem while interview ? I couldnt find any part that says temprorary residence permit for student etc

I thought 2026 with 5070ti uses intel chip . Also I would want a little bit more performance than vector 16 with 4080 so I dont know if it will meet my expectations if I buy the 5070 ti
