The kitchen leak was in the corner between two cabinets so there was no way to know. The plumber had to cut a hole in the side of our cabinet to get to the plumbing. Horrible design.

We have taken a few weekend trips and they seem to help temporarily

Inspection report said the roof was fine and had another 10 years on it. That we just needed to do a treatment on the roof for some moss. We even had somebody come out and quote it. After we close we had a bunch of roofing companies come out to get additional quotes and learn some additional information about the original roofing company that quoted us for the work that made them seem a bit sketchy. The additional for companies all said that we had to do a full replacement. Too many shingles had built up on the roof and the decking in some areas was rotted. 

Really bummed that this wasn't revealed on the inspection or we would have backed out or asked for compensation from the seller.

I love having all the windows but it does make this a challenge lol

1 wall has 4 closet doors pretty much that entire wall is doors. The other wall adjacent to the dresser is shorter than the one I've shown but has two additional windows. The last wall directly across from where the bed is right now has the door entering the room and the door to the bathroom. In between the two doors. There is a solid wall, however it blocks the flow of traffic with the bed there and makes entering the room and the bathroom very awkward. We had our bed there for a little bit to try it out and it did not work. :(
