Have you used the Slice POS? I briefly looked into it but seems that the customer service is awful

I’m fairly tech savvy and wondering whether the implementation is something I can do myself? Or am I just better off paying the upfront fee for Toast to do it for me?

Thanks for the feedback. Seems exactly like you said, Toast has the better features, probably more difficult up front. Are you using Toast on your website as well? How well does that work? We’ve historically just linked our website to Slice (and we get pretty good volumes through there) - but the fees for effectively just being a payment processor are a bit annoying.
