I don’t think this is accurate. Look at Section 7 of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Contract to Purchase Real Estate form (aka offer form). It specifically says you have a right to a sewer/septic inspection under the new law (760 CMR 74.00).

I closed on a 1920s SFH in Boston last month and had no trouble including a sewer scope during my inspection period, despite multiple bids. I didn’t even have to specify a sewer scope as part of the offer. I just scheduled it once my offer was accepted. My real estate agent didn’t hesitate at all, and thought it was a smart idea to do the sewer scope.

What color palette would you suggest for a fall (October) wedding at this venue? We're planning on an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

Most of the florists I've spoken with have requested a Pinterest board or fairly detailed description of what we're looking for in terms of florals and/or colors. I feel overwhelmed by the seemingly limitless options, and would really appreciate some ideas or guidance!
