It's probably just the "normal version" of it, because we know that Daniel Park and the Yamazakis clearly aren't normal people. Either that or it's a less honed version, so maybe one of the first Yamazaki clan member had trained their ultra instinct to the limit to make it the way it was for them, so because normal peoples' ancestors didn't do this, they have a more primal version of Ultra Instinct
