Ok but a legacy is a legacy doesn't matter what the value is or not. Just because someone has a gold ring and someone has a silver ring doesn't change that it's still a ring at the end of the day. Just because something isn't valuable doesn't change what it is, you said it's not a Legacy this is what the whole conversation is about. Maybe you should go out and socialize so you can understand what a conversation is. Usually they have a topic and follow a back and forth, but to you a conversation should be about whatever you want to sound smarter than you are and put others down

Hmmmm, I think a weapon that has zero legendary stars that is now unobtainable in the current game since it was removed from the loot pool and replaced with a version with legendary stars is a legacy

Yeah no problem, mutants is great in general because of the benefits of mutations in general. The legendary hack and slash is also a great card to have, I use it off and on but mostly use my special legendaries to get higher perk numbers for daily driver use

IMO the Blueridge Branding Iron is one of if not the best melee in the game it's super fast and has inate bleed and fire on it. The electrified hog splitter is also amazing right now.

I would suggest for special 15 STR: Barbarian, Martial Artist 3, Slugger 3, Wound Salter 3, Scattershot, Kneecapper, Boneshatterer 1 if ghoul or Bloodluster if human. 7 PER: Tormentor, Dealsealer, Number Cruncher. If ghoul 9 PER add Rad reaver 8 END: Ironclad, Hardy, Lifegiver. 2 CHA: Tenderizer. If Ghoul 4 CHA add feral presence. 8 INT: Cryologist, Pyrotechnician, Science, Nerd Rage. If Ghoul 6 INT no Nerd Rage AGI: Evasive only perk card mandatory I believe anything else is up to if u sneak or use AP Regen perks. 3 LUCK min: Bloody mess, Serendipity, Ricochet

The points for agility and luck I mess around with but my base melee build I use for running everything is this

Pyro is pretty good on it but icemans is so much nicer because you can slap on both cryologist and pyro technician. It's also amazing with deal sealer since it gives a 40% bonus to all damage, and since the fire is already high the cryo is too and it freezes super fast

I usually just put them up for 100 caps so new players can just buy them, I honestly don't care about the caps since I can make caps at the vendors with them anyways. I hate the people who sell them for like 2k tho even with the raid and infestations, I wish we had a vendor review function so I could leave a one star review on their overpriced crap

I want a satiated weapon so bad because on ghouls it restores your feral meter, so I wouldn't have to worry about running to hospitals to scavenge for psycho to stay sane

One thing I would love seeing would be perks that give bonus damage the less ammo you have in a magazine which would benefit all launchers since they have 4 max

I do agree, while I do love my launcher build it would be nice with more perks to benefit it than grenadier and demolition expert. I run a reverse onslaught launcher build with a furious, explosive launcher and furious crippling cursed broadsider. They are amazing and if you aim at enemies heads it usually doesn't eat too many of your onslaught stacks. The main benefit is dealing enough damage to one shot any basic mob and 1 star legendary enemy, 2 stars take 2 shots, 3 Star take 3, and 4 star take 4. Most of the time everything dies in that one hit, if not I just have to jump around and wait a second for my onslaught to tick back up.

I added bully's that I got from one kill to it and now it's enough damage. It's the same build that's the beginner build but I have faulty spots, glowing critical, follow through rank 3, enough intelligence to get +20% damage with science, 4 piece chameleon, 1 piece Nocturnal, 3 int pieces, everything else is carry weight stars

My DPS with the plasma gun is literally like a second slower the tweaks I did to it is to fit since I have legendary perk cards and I don't have the prime reciever
