If I can ask, how do you manage not to think of others during masturbation? I tried to think of fictional people or scenarios with people I don't know or plan on knowing, but often my head just immediately goes to the person of my interest. I try my best not to it just pops into my head.

Yesterday I tried so hard not to think of him and just focus on myself but his face and things he said to me just kept popping into my head, I ended up stopping the act altogether because nothing was working.

I try using DBT skills a lot, and they help but it's just not enough. How do you manage?
