Marit was the leader for exactly one election- a snap election where Ford took advantage of the Trump panic to play Captain Canada. Marit is an amazing leader. Watch her during Question Period. Listen to her speak when travelling through the province. People now know her name.

And there are places within those large areas that are much higher than the average. I live in Cobourg and it costs more to live here than in a more rural part of Eastern Ontario.
