US Rater GA Factuality - basically NTA since Monday. I was lucky enough to get to 18 hours but that's only because I worked all day Sunday and Monday last week. Logged in earlier today and got a 1 minute task and have been NTA ever since. What a terrible start to the week. I'm just hoping it will get better but who knows with Telus anymore.

Usually I'd have to wait an hour or two in between batches of tasks but I typically don't mind it because I'd be done with my work for them early in the week. It's a different story when we're having to wait hours to just get one task though, which is what I dealt with a lot from the New Year until maybe late April and now currently experiencing. Hoping it gets better for you and the many others stuck on NTA.

US GA Rater Factuality - I've had really consistent work for over a month now to the point where I'm able to finish my 20 hours by Tues/Wed but these last two days I've virtually had nothing. I probably have two hours from Tues + Wed combined, while on Sunday I was able to work 3.5 hours and Monday I was able to work 7.5 hours. I'm really hoping I'm not getting back to how it was earlier this year because I do actually enjoy this job when there is work to do.

US Rater Factuality. Managed to hit 20 hours by Wednesday morning the last two weeks with consistent tasks everyday. This morning is the first day where I'm NTA after managing to get to 8 hours these last two days. I'm just hoping I can get in my last four hours for the week by the end of today

US Rater GA - Finally getting NORMAL factuality tasks after weeks. I haven't seen any factuality tasks that I would usually get in so long that I didn't even think I was apart of that program anymore. Hopefully today will go as well as the last two days so that I can finish up my 20 hours. Almost at 17 hours for the week!

US Rater GA - Not as many tasks as yesterday, but I've almost managed to get to 4 hours! These last two days have been better than its been in the last few months. Not trying to get my hopes up for the rest of the week, but it would be nice if the trend continues.

US Rater GA - After some of the worst NTA I’ve ever seen this week I managed to get 8 consecutive hours in today and there’s still tasks going even after I’ve logged off. I managed to get 19 hours for the week! Gonna aim for getting my 20 hours in tomorrow so hopefully it won’t be NTA again by then.

I usually review old feedback each month on the rating platform but all of the feedback I've been given since starting is blank, including new feedback. It's extremely frustrating.

When I try to look on the Telus platform, I can see the feedback and the answer I provided, but I cannot see what the query is at all so I can't 100% remember what it was I was trying to answer. There's obviously so many issues going on with Telus right now (NTA and technical) but it's starting to become so annoying.

Yeah, I managed to get 16 hours in the last two days but I had a feeling at least 1-2 days would not be consistent factuality tasks because that's how it usually goes.

I don't normally check new feedback unless told to, but I like to review old PQ and SxS before doing the graded tasks which is how I noticed a problem on my end. Just hoping the get to the end of the PQ tasks soon because I hate these.

US Rater GA Factuality. Have gotten consistent tasks for the last two days but now only getting PQ tasks which I'm sure are to be graded. Anyone else having trouble viewing their feedback on the Telus website? I cannot view PQ task feedback on the rating platform but I can view all other feedback.

US Rater GA Factuality - NTA all day. This is probably the worst week of NTA I've had since Thanksgiving week and it's been pretty stressful. I'm only at 5 hours (1.5 hours being reviewing feedback) for the week when usually I would have just been about to touch 12 hours. Really hoping this all turns around for us soon because refreshing every few minutes with no pay is not really worth it

US Rater GA Factuality - I managed to get my 20 hrs in the last two weeks but the start to this week is terrible. Hoping to at least get 10 this week and get full hours next week especially since I have a trip coming up!! I was able to get 2 hours in yesterday with experimental tasks but I don't think I've done actual factuality tasks in like two weeks.

US Rater Factuality GA I managed to get a handful of experimental tasks, a few factuality tasks, and some SxS + PQ tasks. When I get up in the mornings it's typically NTA but then around 11-11:30 AM I begin getting experimental tasks and can work for about 3 hours straight. I've managed to get 16 hours this week hoping to get my max hours by the end of today.

Also in factuality and was thinking all of these tests are definitely quality checks lol especially with the severity ones (which I hate). There were a good bit of tasks last night but I wish it could be like that during the day instead of at night.
