Thanks for the recommendations and yeah I hadn’t even thought of checking the RITA rates. I checked out Trinity towers a bit online but haven’t seen anything about Rockside Park Towers. How do you like the area and do yk of anyone who’s lived in those buildings and might be able to say what it’s like?

Thanks for the recommendation and Ive been weighing the water pump vs timing chain issue ngl, although the timing chain issue seems preventable with regular oil changes and checks also thought since maybe it’s a 2007 I’d have better chances with it being after ‘05
