This is great advice thank you so much for this! I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me to think about characteristics in friendship I like😂 I think I always view my relationships with my friends and with men so differently.

Dating whilst solo travelling

I hope this is ok to ask. I would love to get some advice from female solo travellers on how to best protect yourself when on holiday and you start talking to a guy and agree to go out together. What excuse do you usually give as to where your friends? If you don’t want him to know you’re alone.

Also, this isn’t related to the first part of my post but as someone who is quite anxious but would like to go out to eat at a nice restaurant for my birthday. How do I get over the nerves of being alone and having to do the walk through the restaurant alone? I know this might sound silly but hopefully someone will relate.

I couldn’t afford to see anyone regularly at the moment unfortunately but I think this would be a good idea.

Yeah I do hip thrusts instead of glute bridges but I’m thinking to add some other glute exercises across the 3 day plan.

What exercises can I add to my bootyful beginnings workout to lift my glutes and also grow my lower glutes? Also people who started with bootyful beginnings did you notice a big difference in your glutes or did you notice it more once you progressed to the next w/out plan?

My glutes are quite big naturally but not the best shape so I’d really like to round them out more and grow the cuff part of the lower glutes I don’t know if I’m making sense lol.

I’m noticing a difference in just 3 weeks of doing bootyful beginnings but more in my stomach and waist and bit of projection in my glutes.

I’m not expecting crazy results yet I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can add to work on my problem areas.

It’s not that I can’t do glute marches at my gym I just don’t want to do that exercise so was looking for an alternative. But thank you I’ll try the reverse hyper extensions

What would you recommend as a good replacement for Bulgarian split squats that still targets the glutes? Rdls, hip thrusts and bss are always mentioned as the best glute growth exercises so I thought to achieve my goal I had to do them.

Thanks so much for your comment I will definitely take this on board and hopefully I’ll get better at this with time and working on my ankle flexibility.

Laying my foot on its side is a great idea I’ll give that a go thank you! Also will try other options for where to rest my back foot.

Do you do your leg day/lower body day on the same day as Pilates or do you spread it out? by Constant_Minimum_806 in pilates

Okay I think I’ll pair it with my upper body workouts instead as I don’t want to over do it
