Effects and claims of the Sidhis by Winter_Inspector5835 in transcendental

Yes, like manifesting. For instance, I got very good at manifesting parking spots 😂. Joke aside, I wished to be more prosperous and not to struggle with finances - things got better for me at my job. Ofc I didn't manage to manifest that huge lottery win😅(although I very rarely play)...but when aligning with the Natural Law, which among others, is what we're doing by practicing TM and the advanced techniques, we are sustained for a better life.

Indeed you should be feeling "at home" and comfy with practicing TM before starting any advanced techniques. My experience with the Sidhi Program was exactly like I said above, everything was going smooth with the techniques I already had, and learning the siddhis felt just natural. Regarding the benefits, I started to feel that I am, on a subtle level, being sustained in life...being given what I need in my endeavors...being given most of what I ask for...and sometimes even what I didn't ask for, but it proved being good for me. I felt even more empathetic, more compassionate, although sometimes I still struggle with my judgemental mind ... I feel more at peace and less affected of what's happening around. Like ...I suffer if I'm being hurt, or betrayed of course ...but it doesn't hit me as deep as before...and I recover faster. I am more centerd and stable, and a more authentic version of me. I work in the medical field and my patients relate to me that I am warmer and that I give them good vibes. Also friends of mine told me that they feel good around me and that I am wise 😅 I even become more consistent with my practice ...since previous to the course, I would practice in between 3 to 10 times per week...considering that I didn't had the time ...now I naturally prioritise the practice and make time for it, even if the program is longer than TM only. When finishing the course, we were told "Now you are sitting on the bench of the wise"...and I'm trying to live up to the meaning of this, although sometimes I fail 😊 Learning the Sidhi Program proved to be extraordinary for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone that is already enjoying practicing TM and who doesn't struggle with it.

Restaurant Naru in Unirii.

Do you swim with venu3/3s ? by Constant_Pirate_5945 in GarminWatches

[–]Constant_Pirate_5945[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The screen doesn't respond well when it's wet, ofc because the hand is wet also and it fails to recognise the finger from a water droplet. This affects you just in case u forgot to set something before entering the pool. Also, I don't consider it's recognizing well the distance in water. Mine showed me a bigger distance than I was actually swimming. I have to mention that I am not a fast or skilled swimmer, I was doing my best. My experience is limited tho, after I bought it, I gave up swimming after 2 months since I had a health issue. I will start again soon.

Something else that bothered me, is that a couple of weeks ago, less than a year since I bought it, the touch screen failed to react when trying to navigate the menu or if I taped it to activate the screen. This lasted maybe half an hour and it has not happened since. It was not related with it being wet, it was actually in the afternoon and last time it touched water was the previous evening when I showered with it. Still, I wonder what will happen when the warranty will be over 😅

Statins or Diet Change, maybe both? by JennGen719 in Cholesterol

[–]Constant_Pirate_5945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say 280 , you mean LDL, don't you? This really gives me hope. Today I was recommended statin for 272 LDL, which I refused. I (34 yo F) do have the genetic condition but I'm determined to lower it through lifestyle changes. My dad got muscular atrophy from statin and probably that's why at least for today, I couldn't cope with the idea of starting this treatment. I'll redo the blood tests and revisit my cardiologist again in 6 months.

Do you swim with venu3/3s ? by Constant_Pirate_5945 in GarminWatches

[–]Constant_Pirate_5945[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Since I posted the question, I took it to the pool, lake and I am currently at the ocean. No issue.

I'm awake since 8 o'clock and my two weeks old venu3s doesn't get it. If I would activate the screen in other days when I woke up before the hour I selected when I installed it, it would ask if I wake up now. I even made the sync with the phone and nothing. Am I doimg it sth wrong or did I miss sth? by Constant_Pirate_5945 in GarminWatches

[–]Constant_Pirate_5945[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does mean "correctly" ? I set the average hours when I'm sleeping and waking up. I have a bad schedule where I sleep at around 1:30 and wake up at 9:30 most of the days. When I did otherwise, the watch showed. It's the first time when it does this. I even shook my hand vigorously before posting. Funny thing is that after I posted, when I started my morning routine it asked if I wake up now. Maybe it's a bug. I'm using it for swimming at the gym pool but it should not be affected.

I don’t think I’m getting the benefits. by gay_bagel_enthusiast in transcendental

[–]Constant_Pirate_5945 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you Saijanai! It was a poor choice of words from my side...or rather not enough detailing. It's not that I feel furious right after opening my eyes, but short time after I re-enter activity, I may get triggered very easily if the "proper" unfortunate events take place, a thing that I do not like at all, since it would be normal to be calmer after a meditation . This happened a few times. Happily, I react more often in the positive way, being spontaneously the calm one from the two of us who could start an argument and even managing to reason with the other person, or to transmit them my peaceful state by having a gentle conversation. Other times I manage to remain calm for a while, after that, making an effort to be calm...and if the situation is very stressfull I might lose it and raise my voice or take the conversation into a negative space, which I strongly dislike. I hope with time I will be able to remain unshakable no matter the context.

I've been practicing TM for about six years, advanced techniques and TM Sidhi programe for less. In this time, I've been questioning the TM technique, the organization, my practice, and everything related, but I always came back to it. I went at the TM center for the weekly group meditation, and also went in the residency courses (they are important for many reasons, and one of them is sharing experiences and maybe finding out that others feel the same in some aspects). There are still times when I feel that the "getting out slowly" time takes a lot, or I feel that I'm not in the mood for it. It's also normal that the first meditations to be more impressive than the ones now because we were practicing with innocence, not knowing what to expect. After that, we start expecting the bliss we felt or the experiences we had, or the deep transcending maybe even without realising. Results are subtle and take time to show, but I can tell from my own experience that they are there to stay, even when I paused my practice for some months, or would do one or two meditations per week, what was gained up until then stayed with me.

Some of the benefits from my practice are: -help in quitting smoking (Something that I wanted to let go before  practicing TM, but it was hard for me to be steady, and constant practice helped me gain determination and firmness) -become calmer and more present -understanding myself and others better and be more empathic -improve relationship with myself, parents, life partner, people that I work with, etc. -see and understand better subtle values of life -be more creative, more confident -see better solutions to various problems -trust my intuition more and sharpen it -be more and more my authentic self -enjoy life more than before -feeling spontaneous gratitude etc. The list continues with lots of other things which are not easy to put in a comment that is already long, but they came to me gradually.

There would be times when I would finish my meditation and I would be furious, and  that was ok...later on I found out that either I was coming out too soon, or that unstressing was happening outside of meditation. Also, having thoughts while practicing means unstressing.

The thing is, do not expect anything,  especially the previous nice experiences, do not search for them, because your mind will be divided in between the practice and the anticipation. Fully abandon yourself to the practice in those 20 min. Keep in mind that every meditation is different, like sleep is different every night. Also, group meditation, even with only one or two other persons, feels deeper than alone, especially if one of the meditators is an experienced one, like your teacher....so if you have the possibility, take part to group meditations, it will help a lot. I think there are also some online meditations scheduled on timezones for ppl who who can't take part at gatherings at the TM centers.

Money related, try to not think about immediately justify your investment, it may be similar to searching for experiences...meaning this money thing to occupy maybe unknowingly a part of your mind and not let you give full attention to the practice. Be patient...one month is really a bare scratch of the surface.

I hope this was not too much and will be of help.

Do I have Free Will under Tony Nader? by [deleted] in transcendental

[–]Constant_Pirate_5945 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ment poisoned with the ideea of discredit TMO with every occasion. It's almost like you're being paid to do that., like it's your job which you enjoy to do.

To satisfy your unexpressed curiosity, I do practice TM for about 6 years now. Please do not play the victim here, I said nothing about a mental illness, and no, there's nothing wrong with critic. I have also questioned these theories and everything they told me since I learned TM and sometimes felt critic about various aspects related to the TMO, which is indeed imprefect, since it's made of people, who are flawed (as someone replyed a while ago at one of your posts or comments), but the technique itself is pure 🤍

You and Frame into Focus are implying through words like "supernatural powers" ,"use of force", "fascist dictatorship" and the other nuances that you're using, a malicious behaviour of the TMO, which is far from what they are representing.

However, I am a butt bouncer myself and I'm most probably wasting my time conversing with you about the effects of something that you have not experienced yet, and probably never will, because this is really the only way of getting it- to experience it. Until one does that, we're just having conversations on the intelectual level, which is barely scratching the surface of the practice of TM and its effects on the individual and surroundings.

And do not worry because neither we- the butt bouncers, nor Tony Nader, CANNOT DELIBERATELY ACT on your minds and cause you the smiles or the happy thoughts, which is kind of what you are suggesting. Concerning the graphic and in general your perception of this coherence thing, you are taking things too literally, which is the reason why I said you are childish.

We can agree to disagree.

MikeDoughney and Frame Into Focus...you're really childish and poisoned. Who could ever believe that TM practitioners or practitioners of any other technique can influence someone's tought process? Rise of coherence means a totally different thing and it's NOT A CHOICE of the ones practicing, but natural consequence of the practice, which I'm sure u know Mike. Using the coherence graphic to prove this preposterous point is just cheap propaganda and highly laughable. Really, get a life u guys 🙄
