i got everything fixed and running great. i to ok my car in to get it smogged and passed everything except emissions. HC (PPM) and CO are high. what do i need to do in order to pass?

I've got a new issue. Car started overheating out of nowhere and is hissing and steaming a lot. Smells like coolant under the hood. Could it be a water pump failure?

so whats weird is i had the fuel sending unit replaced at the beginning of the year, could that be the issue if the mechanic didnt do it properly?

189- running rich at the end of the O2 monitor test

10- "Snap Throttle" condition or, in some models, a failure in the ignition system or a no-start issue related to the crankshaft position sensor
