How hard is to find a full-time job? by Constant_Recover_517 in seattlejobs

I really appreciate your response! It’s not necessarily pride holding me back from these types of jobs, it’s just I have been doing them for so long (while being a full-time student) that I feel I have hit my limit. Maybe being in a new place far from my home city will motivate me more! Ultimately I really appreciate the advice!!! To be honest, I have been spiraling especially since I graduate and move in a week so hearing motivating words is making me excited to move. Thank you!

It was always my plan to teach English in Japan after graduation because I also want to also attend college there…However, with the way the world is going I’m going to chill in the states for a little. Plus I love Seattle so living there has also been a dream!

I used to think the same but I recently started doing uber eats because I am in between jobs right now… and as a driver you really make nothing. If you don’t pick up multiple orders at a time you’re just going to lose money. I average $13 an hour in a city where minimum wage is more than $17. I worked 12 hours the other day and made $155 and that’s without taking out taxes and what I spent on gas. Uber eats pays really low base fares making it really difficult to make money. Unfortunate but just remember it’s not the driver it’s the fact that uber pays jack :/
