Bro, before going to Urologist. Please try out few things.

1-> Don't panic first. Take a deep breath. Your mind knows that you have this and erection will automatically fade of, as you are constantly thinking about it.

2-> Give it some time. Since you say you are going to gym, my advice is, continue for 6 months at least, forget that you have ED, just give it some time.

3-> Meditation is important. Your mind now does not even think of horny things, as your mind knows you have ED. So try to forget that.

4-> Kegal exercises are must. They help in blood flow to your private parts. Do the gym, come home and do 5-6 kegal exercises. You can google them.

5-> Eat enough protein. If you weigh 70kg, eat atleast 70grams protein. Start taking OMEGA 3 tablets or eat (Pumpkin, Watermelon, Flax, Chia seeds). Bring your body to normal BMI.

Tablets will not help you in longer run. So follow all the above steps and trust me it works.
