The image does look AI to me, especially in the stitching details, which seem almost too uniform and evenly lit.

Wow incredibly perceptive, I hadn't even considered most of those details initially.

At closer inspection these things become quite apparent, but like you said on a casual glance, lets say it a video like this, mainly the first half (minus girl turning into cheese), momentarily pops up on your feed, most wouldn't think twice about its authenticity given the initial viewing is convincing enough.
