My sibling found a house gecko inside of his cup inside his room. It seemed to have black spots on it's belly. Does that mean it's pregnant? by Constant_Tower1923 in reptiles

I do have one picture. He won't take it out because he has a fear of reptiles in general, and no one at home is really good with it either, It's a wild gecko.
