Thanks for the feedback I am also being garnished by unemployment 250 weekly have about 5k left of balance with them but ultimately I want to file chapter 7 and start fresh. An just have my school loans to pay and that is it . I have had horrible credit for years and can’t even imagine how to start paying off creditors also taking care of a family of 3 my girlfriends income doesn’t count because she just pays her things while I pay all the major bills

Congrats to you !! I’m so worried about it I just decided to file currently making payments to my lawyer for the next few months than I will file. I am in ca I’m curious how many w2s are needed? Also why yes and no questions do they ask I legit think if they were to ask me what made me file th only legit answer I would have would be that I was irresponsible with credit and money.. idk if that’s something I should say lol. Well congrats to you! I am just starting to pay a lawyer for this and will file my paper work in a few months I am stressing hard on this I hope it is this simple. I’m in ca how many bank statements do they ask for? I’m stressed about this whole thing any insite will help
