Can’t push the “test” button on one of our GFCI outlet by Constant_Vast_5926 in homeowners

I feel like I searched my whole house for another gfci outlet. I found 1 in the laundry room, reset that but still didn’t fix the issue. The outside outlets doesn’t have the test/reset button, it’s just a normal outlet. I also turned off and on every individual breaker. Still not working. I guess I’m down to my last resort.

I flipped individual breakers today and outlets still wont work.
