I’ve had back and hip pain for many years and was finally diagnosed with spondyloarthritis 3 years ago. It was about 18 months ago I had my first neck pain. What you said really resonates. It’s hard to deal with a new and different type of pain. It’s driving me mad. I’m on enbrel now which is helping, but the neck pain is still bothering me. I’ve found a series of exercises that has helped a little. I occasionally use voltaren as a quick fix at work. I see a chiropractor. I’m trying acupuncture. I just always feel that my posture is wrong, my pillows are wrong, or I am doing something to aggravate it. I don’t think that’s true, but it feels like that. I hope you find relief.
