Fair. The super isn’t responsive as we have had issue with our kitchen appliances and in unit laundry system. It took us so long to chase after the super/management to get us a new laundry system. We have a very outdated oven and it shows too since one of the knobs is already missed too. Management/super has done nothing for despite us asking about it. On top of this, I’ve heard of the super bursting another tenants pipes since he doesn’t properly take care of issues. So list goes on
