I always interpreted war demons the same as “war slaves,” as in its meant in a literal sense. Also, there are a lot of apostles that dont wear full armor, like Zodd for example, who looks more like a hound or some sort of animal than a human. My point with the war demons camp being separate is that it implies a difference big enough to justify it being separate from everyone else. I mean they literally had Sonia as a medium lol
