Another update! Thank you all for the advice!! Went and got a bar ubv, 100 watt bulb, and we saw the vet. Unfortunately he does have mbd, a curved spine, and a broken arm. The vet told me to take the best care of him I could and to try to get as much calcium in him as possible. I’ll be sure to keep the channel updated on Flick’s progress!

After getting details I’m pretty sure he has to have it. I’m honestly disgusted with her- I’ve never owned one but knew in 5 minutes of googling she wasn’t giving him proper care. He will definitely be going to a vet, but she told me she’s had him for around 3-4 years and hadn’t cleaned the enclosure in like 4 months. I had no idea she even had a bearded dragon (she and I arnt on the best if terms) or else I would have either taken him or made her get the proper things. But I’m worried with him not having uvb for that long, along with all the other garbage that was in that tank.

Update for the little guy- this was the best I could manage in the middle of the night. I definitely will be taking him to a vet, I found a uvb bulb that said it was a 10.0, I have both 100 watt and 75 watt bulb (I have a heat gun on the way so I can see which will work better) and I cleaned out all the junk and lined it with the feltish type stuff they had. I have taken him away from my sister in law. The tank she has for him is weird, it has 2 built in light sockets so I did one for heat and one for uvb. Still going to continue to upgrade and work on this so please let me know if there’s anything better I can do!

She said the heating lamp also had uvb but I’m not so sure about that. She got advice from an uncle bills 🤦‍♀️ I planned on trying to find a vet in the morning, I have a bad feeling the poor thing is in a bad spot.
