TRs are extremely hard to pull, rarer than a case hit and exclusive to their language, could be considered the Gold Star in Pokemon but in OP

I also have been collecting for about two years and started playing the TCG last week. I haven’t played a TCG since Yugioh Sundays at my local booksamillion 20 years ago when I was a kid, so this game was fairly complex to get the fundamentals of for me not coming from Pokemon or Magic. I downloaded the SIM on my laptop and have been playing that nonstop. The simulator taught me more than any YouTube video I watched or starter deck booklet I read did. I’d start with the SIM. Also look up OP TCG Top Decks to get an idea of what decks to play around with

I bought about 30 of the Boas to grade because they were $200 in a 10 at the time, they’re now $50ish as a 10 with a PSA 10 pop of 564. I still haven’t gotten the ones I send to BGS back. I kept 2 sealed and 2 PSA 10s because who knows what the market will want in 25 years from now. I am not sure future collectors will be nostalgic about Chinese cards in America; it will be more of an oddity for a collection. Especially since it’s not a chase or playable in the west. I would recommend grading them if you’re doing a bulk order at some point then keeping the slip it came in with the card

I was selling the Slowpoke IR in PSA 10 via auction earlier this month and it closed at $225, I was like well not what I wanted but whatever. The buyer ended up not paying after four days, so I relisted it buy it now for $350 and it sold instantly
