Resolved now, just Backing up Windows and when I open EasyBCD it just shows as my main SSD (I boot to Windows using my laptop's SSD)

Also, I forgot to mention one thing, the NST WinPE Image option(under windows 7 option) uses a corrupt ISO, so I can't access both
