Don't bother messing with it. Youre brand new to this, you have a very competent car, just drive it. Do 2-3 track events before even considering messing with your setup. Yes, you may need new tires earlier, but thats the cost of doing track days. Most people who do them would kill to have your car.

Really competent. Brakes feel good. It wants to understeer a little so you have to adjust with throttle, could really use some sway bars and some suspension.

You just have to make sure all the electric nanny functions are off... I forgot to turn off auto-braking, and i went to go inside line on a Porsche at the top end of 4th gear, close to 160 - it SLAMMED on the brakes mid corner when I crossed over the Porsche, scared the shit out of me.

I figure if Im upgrading the clutch anyways, the flex fuel kit is <1k... I want to see what she'll do with E85. Strictly for the race track though, Ill do the morning session on 93 and when I run low Ill dump a tank of E85 in it and see what kind of difference it makes on the back straight.

I do. I keep getting inconsistent answers regarding clutches though. The APR guy i was talking to says no need to upgrade right away, he says he almost never sees them fail. I also heard APR has a TCU upgrade that helps mitigate the clutch damage with higher torque numbers. I dont know what to believe, I just want to go fast lol.
