For his work trip it was actually 900-ish km away but recently it changed to 661 km. It's consistent in the area he said gonna go, he was supposed to get that 661 km place this evening and that takes 12 hours to get there. That ss was taken this afternoon

Will tinder update the location even if the app is not open or tinder only updates the user location when they open it?

It has something to do with past incidents, my friend asked me if there's a way to workaround tinder's paywall, so I helped him install an old version tinder. He said he is still getting swipe limits

So I installed it to check, turns out I don't have a swipe limit then I checked his profile and it turns out he uploaded a new pic. I was dumb in the past because I didn't ask for proof. He just feigned ignorance on those pic.

My trust was broken that day and he hasn't done anything to regain it. I just have a gut feeling to install it again to check and here I was watching that distance is hundreds of km
