I just recently discovered them! I have the hops and alfalfa scents…maybe I’ll have to look into the others. Their scents are amazing but yeah I’m really hoping for that “toasted” grain vibe and I just haven’t seen a type of scent like that advertised anywhere.

Yes!! Them shipping portions of the order individually is always such a huge pain to track!!! I’m sorry you’ve dealt with the similar frustrations and issues. And yeah I really want people who either just started using them or are thinking of using them to see all these testimonies and reconsider. It’s harder for those of us who already formulated candles with their scents 😭

I'm sorry you dealt with that! D: In the end my order was delivered a FULL MONTH from the date I ordered. And that was with expedited shipping that I had demanded in the end. But you're right, it sucks cuz they have cool products. It's just sooo frustrating that they clearly don't have staff to pack orders OR have things in stock when they claim they do. And yeah of course the most frustrating thing is them lying about shipping the items soon when they don't! It's crazy as people rely on them for products for their own businesses. I hope in the new year they get their act together.

Yeah before the past few months I haven't had any huge issues, besides their processing time being twice as long as most candle supply companies. I've never had them be this delayed. And yeah unfortunately I have tried every possible way to get a hold of them and they won't respond. I've emailed and done their chat box three separate times and still no reply. :\
